Measurements will depend on length of name, however we cannot accommodate anything larger than 15.5x31”. We can reach out with exact measurements if you contact us with the requested name. Please fill out customization box with name included and if you have any other special requests please reach out to ensure we can accommodate! Shipping
We ship to the address that is listed on your orders please double check that the information is correct. We are not responsible if the wrong address is given.
If your item is damaged or lost during shipping. PLEASE file a claim with the carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that your package will be shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you.
