Bows may not match pictures exactly and will vary depending on stock of ribbon. Each bow uses magnets to attach to the sign. Bows will be available ONLY for our custom 18” signs. “Standard” bows will come with the purchase of the sign when magnetic bow is selected as bow choice. All bows include the “greenery/decorative greenery” as pictured.

    • We ship to the address that is listed on your orders please double check that the information is correct. We are not responsible if the wrong address is given. 

    • If your item is damaged or lost during shipping. PLEASE file a claim with the carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that your package will be shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you.

    Bows and sign will fade over time if not properly cared for and it is recommended to keep signs in a covered/protected area to ensure continued quality.

  • Return/Refunds

    We gladly accept cancellations of door signs

    No returns/refunds/exchange. If there is ever a problem with an item please contact us and we will try our best to correct it.

    We will almost always ship USPS and we do package the items appropriately, however we cannot be held responsible for damage during transit.

    Our signs are made of wood that may naturally contain imperfections and color variations. No two signs are identical and all pictures listed on our websites are to give you a close representation of the product you will be receiving. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our products before placing an order.
